Bet Online (betonline.asia) is an international online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bet Online and the user of the platform ("Member").

By creating an account or using the Bet Online platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Bet Online.

• Although these Terms & Conditions are written in Bangla, the English version shall take legal precedence.
• Bet Online reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time, and any changes will be published on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Bet Online serves only individuals of legal age (18+).

The following rules apply to opening and using an account on Bet Online.

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts found to contain false information will be closed.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the member's responsibility. Sharing it with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious login or unauthorized account access must be reported to support immediately.
• Withdrawals will be suspended if the required KYC verification documents are not submitted.

Members are solely responsible for any misuse of their account. Bet Online is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account where it can be shown that the member's own negligence was a contributing factor.

Bet Online supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by level: Bronze 3–6 hours, Silver 1–3 hours, Gold 30 minutes, Diamond instant.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests may be made in a single calendar day (no limit for Diamond members).
• If your account has an active bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Bet Online does not charge any additional fees for payment processing. However, fees may be applied by third-party payment providers in accordance with their own policies.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Sports bonus wagering: typically 3x to 5x.
• Casino bonus wagering: typically 25x to 35x.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may only count toward specific games or sports markets.
• If an active bonus is in place, the existing wagering requirements must be completed before a new bonus can be activated.
• If bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting, multiple accounts, or VPN use — is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Bet Online.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• During live betting, odds naturally fluctuate after an event has started — bets will be settled at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bet Online reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.
• If a sports event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded unless an alternative outcome rule applies.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or irregularities in any match or event, Bet Online reserves the right to void the bets concerned.
• Maximum bet limits vary by tier and event — limits are generally lower for live betting.

All outcomes in casino games are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Bet Online and its staff have no influence over game results.

Bet Online believes betting is for entertainment — it is not a reliable way to make money. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Use your account settings to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: An automatic logout feature is available after a set period of inactivity.
• Reality Check: You will be notified of your session duration and total spend at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: From 30 days to permanent — take a break for any duration you choose.
• Minor Protection: An anti-minor filter can be enabled on your account.

Bet Online reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If any clause of the Terms & Conditions is violated.

• If multiple accounts are operated.
• If false identity or fraudulent documents are used.
• If bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the system is detected.

If an account is closed for reasons other than those listed above, any valid balance will be returned. However, funds derived from bonuses and amounts linked to suspicious transactions may be forfeited.

Members may also close their own account — submit a request to support and the process will be completed within 48 hours.

Bet Online updates these terms and conditions periodically. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via an on-platform notice. For minor changes, only the last-updated date on this page will be revised.
