Continent 8 Technologies – a provider of global managed hosting, connectivity, cloud and cybersecurity solutions – has announced an expansion of its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Now an official member of the AWS Solution Provider Program (SPP), Continent 8 is set to launch new managed and professional services that have been designed to simplify AWS cloud environment management for its customers.
Among the key offerings in this expanded service portfolio is Regul8 Guardrails, a solution designed to ensure regulatory compliance. Regul8 Guardrails provides customised configurations for compliance across cloud environments, aiming to facilitate quicker market entry and expansion into new jurisdictions.
Additionally, the Managed Hybrid Network service integrates Continent 8 and AWS networks, aiming to address the complexities of managing hybrid and multi-cloud networks. It offers secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructures, AWS outposts, enterprise networks and AWS regions, bypassing the public Internet.
Finally, Continent 8’s Managed AWS Outposts service streamlines procurement, logistics, workload migration and ongoing management – a service that hopes to allow customers to focus on their launch activities.
Supporting these new cloud services is a team of over 30 AWS-certified professionals.
Edward O’Connor, CTO of Continent 8 Technologies, stated: “The AWS Solution Partner Program milestone underscores Continent 8’s commitment to continuing its position as the service and solutions provider of choice to the iGaming and online sports betting market.
“Whether it’s hyperscale, hybrid, public or private cloud management, Continent 8 remains steadfast in delivering trusted, bespoke, best-practice and value-added cloud experiences for our customers.”
In related news, Continent 8 Technologies recently announced its debut in Brazil – a move that marks the fourth LatAm location for the company to go live in.
